At Shopable.in, we sell only digital software licenses and product keys. Since these are unique, non-returnable digital items, our policy is as follows:
Cancellations
Once a product key has been issued and delivered, cancellations are not possible. Please review product details carefully before purchase.
Replacement Policy (No Refunds)
Shopable.in does not provide refunds. If the delivered key is invalid or non-functional, a replacement key will be provided after verification. Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Non-Replaceable Cases
Replacements will not be provided in the following situations:
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- System or device incompatibility
- Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)
- Improper use or unauthorized sharing of the product key
Replacement Process
To request a replacement, contact us at support@shopable.in with your order ID and proof of issue (e.g., error screenshot). Once verified, a replacement key will be issued within 1–2 business days.
Final Decision
Shopable.in reserves the right to approve or deny replacement requests after verification.
