Shipping

All software licenses and product keys are delivered via email to the address provided during checkout. Delivery is usually instant to 1 hour, but may take up to 24 hours in rare cases due to system or payment verification.

Exchange Policy

If a delivered product key is found invalid or non-functional, a replacement key will be issued after verification. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Exchangeable Cases

Exchanges will not be provided in the following cases:

• The customer ordered the wrong product
• System or device incompatibility
• Change of mind after purchase
• Unauthorized sharing or misuse of the product key

Process for Exchange

To request an exchange, contact us at support@shopable.in with your order ID and proof of issue. After verification, a replacement key will be issued within 1–2 business days.
